Creative Writing

Creative writing is a small group of five members.  Each month we set a topic for the following month, (no you don't
have to write a story on the spot!)
Usually there is a challenge or excercise. ie: writing in the third person , as a child a male , even an animal.

We all have different writing styles and this sets an interesting view on the story or subject. Recently we took the beginning of a story and each wrote what they thought was a possible conclusion . The limits are endless.

We have also studied various paintings and woven our own imaginings as to what might be happening. There is always a much discussion at our meetings which we find very motivating.

This is an open invitation for anyone to visit our meeting, come and experience a non threatening social gathering where we ALWAYS learn something!
